Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to goods and services provided by Maraschino Cherry - www.CardsSelect.co.uk of 6 Wheatear Grove, Coatbridge ML5 4UT

Approval
Once we receive approval of a proof no further alterations can be made.

Payment
Payment for the goods can be made via credit/ debit card via Paypal or by personal cheque. We can now also accept telephone payments via credit/ debit card.

Refunds and Replacements
Due to the customised nature of our goods, we are unable to accept cancellations. If your goods do not conform with the approved proof please contact us and return the goods within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for you.

Delivery
We will advise of the most up-to-date despatch timescales on the home page of our website. This changes depending on how busy we are but is normally 2-3 working days. 

Normally, orders are sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.  80% of Royal Mail First Class post lands the next working day but it is not a guaranteed service.  Royal Mail will only pay compensation for loss once fifteen working days have passed since the item was posted.  Special Delivery which is a guaranteed next day after despatch service can be selected for a small additional cost.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of every person using this site. We will not email you regarding other goods and services without your consent and neither will we share your details with any third party without your consent. We do not store your credit card details.

We may store some information on your computer when you look at our site. This information facilitates your use of our web site, and ensures that you do not need to re-enter your details on each visit. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, which allows you to choose whether or not to protect it.
