How do I place an order and make my payment?

You can order securely via our website using a credit or debit card or, if you have one, your PayPal account.


We are also pleased to accept payments by telephone using a credit or debit card

How do I send my baby photo?


Where possible, please email your photo to us at

Please send a clear picture of your baby’s head and shoulders.


Do not crop the photo – we will do this for you.


We will crop your photo to a square shape for use on the card or invitation.


Please try to ensure that your baby’s head does not touch the edge of the photo as we need a print bleed.

How much does postage and packaging cost?

We despatch items First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard and this costs £3.95 per order. We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional £4, so £7.95 in total.  This guarantees you receive your parcel the day after despatch.

 

 


We can post items internationally and will charge up to a maximum of £15 pounds sterling depending on the country and weight of your parcel. The price will be shown when you have selected your items and proceeded to checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We normally dispatch orders within two working days of proof confirmation. If our turnaround time is longer, information will be displayed on our home page at the time you when you are ordering.

How are goods sent?

Our standard service is Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.  80% of Royal Mail First Class delivers the next working day but it is not a guaranteed service.  Royal Mail will not pay compensation for loss until fifteen working days after the item has been posted.

 

If you need your goods extremely quickly you can upgrade to Special Delivery at the additional cost of £4.00, so £7.95 in total, to ensure you receive your order the next day after despatch.

How do I specify personalisation details for cards?

Please use the personalisation fields at box at the checkout.

If you have chosen standard wording for the inside of say, thank you cards or invitations, copy and paste your selection into the box, adding your personal details as appropriate. If you require any help whatsoever, please email us at

Do cards and invitations come with envelopes?

100gsm standard white peel and seal envelopes are included with most cards unless otherwise stated. You can upgrade to 120gsm custom-made premium quality coloured envelopes by selecting the tab ‘Upgrade my Envelopes’ on the left hand column of the website. Envelopes are sold in packs of 10.

Are the cards all handmade?

All personalised cards and invitations are produced individually to the highest crafting standards. We implement vigorous quality control.

What size are the cards?

Our standard card size is A6 when folded, which is a quarter of A4. Flatcards are also A6 size.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

Simply return your goods to us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. In the case of personalised items, we don't accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges unless we have made an error with your order. You will see a proof prior to all your cards being printed to verify that everything is okay, before we go ahead.

While at this proof stage, you can make amendments to your order or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Obviously, your statutory rights are not affected.
